About this event
Beg/ Inter JLT will focus on cardio and muscle strengthening with a full body warm up. This class will incorporate basic center jumps, a variety of across the floor leaps and different types of turns that can be used in various styles of dance. Come if you are a beginner or just want to brush up on skills you can use for next season's auditions! All are welcome.
